Position Title:
Assistant to Top Management

Report to:
Top Management
n
Responsibilities:
1.
Assist to deal with management and operation events.
2.
Cooperate with various departments to follow up the process of tasks arranged by top management.
3.
Arrange and prepare the meetings required by top management, meeting minute keeping。
4.
Schedule and arrange the events for top management, such as conference, appointment, travel, accommodation.
5.
Draft documents, email or fax required by top management.
6.
Maintain the relevant documents, files, and historic information.
7.
Translate the relevant documents arranged by top management
8.
Assist to deal with top management personal administrative matters.
9.
Transact Visa for foreign colleagues.
10.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
11.
Keep the secret and abide by all confidentiality rules

Education:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering or related course.
n
Requirements:
1.
Be male.
2.
Good command of German is preferred.
3.
Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4.
Work hard, strong sense of duty, work carefully, etc.
5.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Language:
Have the certificate of CET-6, excellent English in spoken and written.
